Frequently asked questions
What counts as an inquiry?
Every reservation request a customer sends to one of your spaces counts as one inquiry for that month. Browsing your listing is free and unlimited.
What is a broadcast?
A message you send to customers who have shown interest in your venue — useful for announcing open dates, seasonal offers or a new space.
What happens if I hit my inquiry limit?
Your listing stays live, but new customers can't send you requests until the next month or until you upgrade. We'll warn you before you reach the cap.
What is an event promotion?
A paid boost that places your event or space higher in Explore and category results for a limited period.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade any time and the new limits apply immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing month.
How do I pay?
Mobile Money, bank transfer, or card. Plans are billed monthly in UGX and you can cancel at any time.
